ABLE REDUCER INSTALLATION
Coaxial shaft
同芯轴
Reinstall the plug. The procedure is done.
Tighten
the clamping
bolt of the input
shaft w
ith torque
wrench
to the proper torque.(See table1)
Turn the input
shaft u
ntil the cap screw
is seen. M
ake sure the
cap screw is loosened.
In case the bushing
has been
attached,
Please fi
x it to the
reducer as the drawing below
.
Wipe off
anti-rust agent and oil on the motor shaft.
Remove the plug.
Please
place
reducer v
ertically
on the fl at surface s
o the motor
mounting
part faces
up. Carefully
insert
the motor
shaft i
nto the
input shaft. (It should be inserted smoothly) Make sure the mot
or
fl ange is perfectly fi
t to the reducer's fl
ange.
Tighten
the motor
installing
bolts
to the proper
torque.(See
table1)
