TP5591/TP5592/TP5594 Low Noise,1.8V, 3.3MHz,RRIO, Zero Drift Op-amps
TP5591-2-4放大器是单、双和四斩波稳定零漂运算放大器,优化用于1.8V至5.5V或±0.9V至±2.75V的单电源或双电源操作。TP559x运算放大器具有极低的输入偏置电压和低噪声,1/f噪声角低至0.1Hz。该TP559x放大器的设计具有低偏置电压和偏置温度漂移,宽增益带宽和轨到轨的输入和输出摆幅,同时最大限度地降低功耗。TP559x运算放大器扫描提供低偏移电压(20μVMax)和随时间和温度的近零漂移,具有良好的CMRR和PSRR。
TP5591(单一版本)有SC70-5、SOT23-5和SO-8软件包。TP5592(双版本)以MSOP-8、SO-8包提供。TP5594(四元版本)在TSSOP-14和SO-14包中提供。所有型号都规定在-40°Cto到125°C的温度下运行。
