Vincotech(威科)推出的两款1500V/150A三电平NPC(I型) IGBT模块,储存温度范围-40~+125℃,开关条件下工作温度范围-40~+(Tjmax-25)℃,隔离直流电压6000V,tp = 2秒,隔离交流电压2500V,tp=1分钟;爬电距离最小值为12.7毫米,安全间距最小值为12.7毫米。
纯铜表面的DCB介绍(03-2021)
Vincotech发布产品变更通知,宣布将部分产品的直流板(DCB)表面处理从镀镍铜改为纯铜表面,以提高产品可靠性。受影响的型号包括30-F2127PA系列、30-F2166BA系列、30-F212PMA系列等,具体型号见附表。变更预计于2021年4月开始实施,客户需在收到通知后30天内确认接收。
