●删除声明,声明对本文件的更改要求Silicon Labs发布产品更改通知(PCN)。本文档提供了晶体、XOs、TCXOs和OCXOs设备与Silicon Labs产品配合使用的建议。它还推荐了选择标准,以帮助客户选择与Silicon Labs产品一起使用的适当参考。
客户必须使用他们自己的选择和资格认证过程作为Silicon Labs产品的参考。与Silicon Labs产品一起使用的任何参考必须符合相应Silicon Labs产品数据表中的规范要求。
●小改动以澄清文本。
●在相关文件中增加了Si5371/72。

选用了芯科4463做远距离无线通信模块,已经用了10ppm的无源晶振做射频参考时钟,但我还想提高射频中心频率的稳定性,请问有什么办法?
对于提高射频中心频率的稳定性,最直接有效的方案就是提供射频参考时钟的温度稳定性,10ppm频率已经不低了,但还有更好的。给你推荐EPSON的TCXO(即温补晶振),TG-5006CG系列,30M 具体ON是X1G004211002700,2520封装,可以达到1ppm频率误差,你可以试试。
