R3118x Series Low Voltage Detector with Individual SENSE Pin and Delay Function
R3118x是一种电压检测器IC,具有单独的感测引脚、高检测器阈值精度和延迟时间,以及超低的电源电流,可以在极低的电压下工作,并以系统复位为例。每个集成电路由一个电压基准单元、一个迟滞比较器、一个用于设置探测器阈值的电阻网络、一个输出驱动晶体管和一个延迟电路组成。
IC的V-DD电源引脚和电压监控感测引脚是独立的,因此即使感测引脚电压降至0 V,输出引脚也可以保持“L”电平,或者感测引脚没有不确定的范围。由于延迟电路是内置的,通过连接一个外部电容器,任何输出延迟时间可以设置。在R3118x中,可以设置探测器释放延迟时间,并且探测器延迟时间不受外部电容器对延迟时间的影响。
探测器的阈值是固定的,内部精度很高,不需要任何调整。探测器阈值的公差为±22.5 mV(−V-DET_S<1.6 V)或±1.5%(−V-DET_S≥1.6 V)。
最低探测器阈值电压为0.6V,可设置超低电压探测器阈值。探测器释放的输出延迟时间可以高精度设置。IC侧的公差为±30%。两种输出类型,N通道。有开漏型和CMOS型。如果感测引脚电压变为等于或低于探测器阈值电压,则输出电压变为“L”,如果感测引脚电压变为释放电压,则在设定的延迟时间之后输出电压变为“H”。
有三种封装类型:SOT-23-5、SC-88A和DFN(PLP)1212-6。
