LT8604 High Efficiency 42V, 120mA Synchronous Buck Regulator

峰值电流模式控制,最小开启时间为35ns,即使在高频下也能实现高降压转换。LT8604开关频率可通过振荡器电阻器在200kHz至2.2MHz范围内编程。评估板的默认频率为700kHz。
演示板上安装了一个EMI滤波器。电路板的EMI性能如图2所示。辐射EMI性能中的红线为CISPR25 5 5级峰值限值。图中显示该电路通过了从30MHz到1GHz的峰值限制测试,具有较大的裕度。
