R2043x SERIES 4-wire Serial Interface Real Time Clock IC
R2043x是一个通过四条信号线(CE、SCLK、SI等)连接到CPU的CMOS实时时钟IC,配置为向CPU执行时间和日历数据的串行传输。周期性中断电路被配置成产生具有6个可选中断的中断信号,中断时间从0.5秒到1个月不等。2个报警中断电路在预设时间产生中断信号。由于振荡电路是在恒压下驱动的,因此电源电压引起的振荡频率波动较小,而保时电流较小(典型值)。3伏时为0.45μA)。振荡停止感应电路可用于判断通电等事件中内部数据的有效性;电源电压监测电路配置为记录低于两个可选电源电压监测阈值设置的电源电压下降。32.768kHz时钟输出功能(N通道开漏输出)用于为外部微型计算机输出子时钟脉冲。振荡调整电路是通过修正晶体振荡器振荡频率的偏差来高精度地调整时间计数。由于这些集成电路的封装为TSSOP10G(4.0x2.9x1.0:r2043T)或QFN023023-16(2.3x2.3x0.4:r2043L),因此可以在板上安装高密度集成电路。
