LOW VOLTAGE DETECTOR
R3111X系列是基于CMOS的电压检测器IC,具有高的检测器阈值精度和超低的电源电流,可以在极低的电压下工作,并作为示例用于系统重置。
每个集成电路都由一个电压基准单元、一个比较器、一个检测器阈值设置电阻、一个输出驱动器和一个磁滞电路组成。探测器阈值内部固定,精度高,不需要任何调整。
有三种输出类型:N沟道漏极“L”型、N沟道漏极“H”型和CMOS型。
R3111X系列的工作电压低于RX5VL系列的工作电压,并且可以由单个电池驱动。
提供7种类型的封装,TO-92、SOT-89、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5、SC-82AB、SC-88A和SON1612-6。
