■MT8803R3集成了高压电源开关和积分器,无需外部补偿电容即可实现出色的恒压。此外MT8803R3集成CS电阻器,实现低BOM成本
■MT8803R3采用VCC采样和反馈优化设计,可以大大加快动态响应速度。由于多模式控制技术。PWM和PFM可以无缝切换。此外,芯片还从VCC引脚和内部JFET获得功率,进一步降低了系统功耗。
