■顺络高 Q 值特性,超小型 008004 封装(0.25×0.125mm)叠层射频电感:HQ0201Q 系列现已实现量产。HQ0201Q 是在顺络成熟的叠层平台基础上,通过创新的线圈设计、L 型电极构造、精细线圈制造技术,实现具有高 Q 值特性,超小封装的射频电感, 助力未来更多的产品从开发设计上实现小型化轻薄化。
●背景
■以智能手机、穿戴设备、TWS耳机为代表的互联网移动设备,功能日益复杂,通讯频段在逐步增加,加剧了临近通讯频段间的干扰,射频线路需选用高Q值电感器以提升灵敏度和降低损耗,同时射频线路的复杂程度和所需器件数量都在增加,有限的空间只能容纳更小封装的射频器件。顺络电子凭借多年射频电感设计开发经验、先进的制造平台,开发了HQ0201Q系列高Q特性超小封装射频电感以满足市场需求。相比我司现有的HQ0402Q系列(0.4×0.2×0.3mm),体积减小约75%,占板面积缩小了60%,对于空间布局要求较严苛的设计里,HQ0201Q的出现可让工程师在开发时游刃有余。
