R3118x Series Low Voltage Detector with Individual SENSE Pin and Delay Function
●大纲:
■R3118x是一种电压检测器IC,具有单独的感测引脚、高检测器阈值精度和延迟时间以及超低的供电电流,可以在极低的电压下操作,并作为示例用于系统重置。每个IC由一个电压参考单元、一个磁滞比较器、用于设置检测器阈值的电阻器网络、一个输出驱动晶体管和一个延迟电路组成。
■IC的VDD电源引脚和电压监控感测引脚是单独的,因此即使感测引脚电压降至0V,或者感测引脚没有不确定的范围,输出引脚也可以保持“L”电平。由于内置了延迟电路,通过连接外部电容器,可以设置任何输出延迟时间。在R3118x中,可以设置检测器释放延迟时间,并且对于延迟时间,检测器延迟时间不受外部电容器的影响。
■检测器阈值在内部以高精度固定,并且不需要任何调整。检测器阈值的公差为±22.5 mV(−VDET_S<1.6 V)或±1.5%(−VDET_S≥1.6 V)。
■最小检测器阈值电压为0.6V,可设置超低电压检测器阈值。可以高精度地设置检测器释放的输出延迟时间。IC侧的公差为±30%。两种输出类型,N通道。开放漏极型和CMOS型是可用的。如果感测引脚电压变为等于或低于检测器阈值电压,则输出电压变为“L”,如果感测引脚电压变为释放电压,则在设置的延迟时间之后,输出电压变成“H”。
■提供三种类型的封装,SOT-23-5、SC-88A和DFN(PL)1212-6。

■释放的精度检测器:±30%
