●大纲
■R5326x系列是基于CMOS的电压调节器IC,具有高输出电压精度,典型值。5.5μA低电源电流,与传统的低电源电流稳压器相比,瞬态响应显著改善。IC本身的供电电流根据负载电流在快速模式和低功率模式之间自动切换。(电流阈值在内部固定。)这些电压调节器IC中的每一个都由电压参考单元、误差放大器、用于设置输出电压的电阻器、用于防止过电流破坏的限流电路等组成。
