■组装电子电路的机器所发生的原因不明的事故或错误操作,很多都是因为外来浪涌电流引起的,因此,保护机器免受这些浪涌电流或噪声的影响非常重要。
■TNR 是以氧化锌(ZnO) 为主要成分的非直线电阻元件,是作为这些浪涌电流和噪声等异常电压的吸收元件而开发的新型压敏电阻。
■和过去的压敏电阻不同,该元件浪涌电流耐量及非直线系数非常大,当在某个临界电压以下时,电阻非常高,几乎没有电流流过,如果超过该临界电压,电阻急剧降低,大电流流过。
■由于这种特性,作为电子, 电气设备的保护元件, 对异常电压的吸收, 雷浪涌的吸收等发挥着很大的作用
