【选型】正向电流为35A的三相整流桥成功用于变频器设计,最大峰值电压为1600V
根据跟客户的沟通,根据设计要求,峰值电压为1500V左右,有效值电压为1000V,最大直流电压1500V,工选型要求整流桥电流为35A左右,能抗住350A的浪涌电流,经过跟设计厂家的沟通之后,由于功耗的要求,正向导通压降为1.1V最好,根据客户的这些要求,结合代理的厂牌分析之后,推荐鲁光电子的物料型号为SGBJ35-16。

鲁光电子推出的PNP通用晶体管MMBT4403采用SOT-23封装,其集电极-发射极电压为-40V,集电极电流(直流)为-0.6A,集电极耗散功率为0.35W,直流电流增益最大可达300。该晶体管可提供无铅版本,结温和存储温度范围为-55℃~+150℃。
