Silicon Labs宣布将4x1英寸晶圆销售标签标准化为4x2.5英寸通用处理单元(HU)标签,适用于所有晶圆销售产品。新标签将替代现有的两个4x1英寸标签。新标签样本已附上供参考。自2023年12月6日起,Silicon Labs将同时发送新旧标签,直到旧标签库存耗尽。此次变更不影响产品的形式、尺寸、功能、质量或可靠性。
