SUM331 General Purpose, 1.8V, RRI, Open-drain Output Comparators
●说明
■SUM331单通道比较器是LMV331的插入式引脚对引脚兼容替代品。
■具有开漏输出的器件提供了高速(100ns传播延迟)和极低功耗(37μA)的最终组合,具有轨对轨输入、低偏移电压(通常为1mV)、大输出驱动电流和1.8V至5.5V的宽范围电源电压等特点。这些器件非常容易在需要关键响应时间、功率敏感、低电压和/或紧凑板空间的各种应用中实现。
■SUM331的优点还包括内部磁滞提供抗噪声性的附加优点,即使在输入信号缓慢移动的情况下也能防止输出振荡。SUM331采用最现代的技术设计,与市场上的BiCMOS或双极型相比,性能优越。
■SUM331有SOT23-5封装。该设备的额定工业温度范围在−40°C至+85°C之间。
