It is possible. The ML62Q1000 series has a self-programming function. For details, refer to "25.3 Self-Programming" in the "ML62Q1000 Series User's Manual". An IAP (In-Application Programming) sample program is provided as a usage example. The IAP sample program is included in the ML62Q1000 series reference software and can be downloaded from the support contents of ML62Q1000 series of our product site.

Can ML7344 be used in 12.5 kHz band operation?
The transmission is possible depending on the frequency deviation. However, because the receiving bandwidth of the LSI is fixed to 25 kHz, the adjacent channel selectivity and the intermodulation characteristics in 12.5 kHz operation cannot meet the requirement. Related Products: ML7344 family
The following error occurred after an attempt to connect a debugger using on-chip emulator: “ICE error: 6307H Failed to start on-chip ICE block.” What should I do?
The ICE error: 6307H is caused by the following situations. (1) Poor connection between the on-chip emulator and microcontroller. (2) Microcontroller failure. (3) For the microcontroller on which the test pin and general-purpose port are shared, output port is set by a program. An error caused by (1) can be avoided by connecting the on-chip emulator and microcontroller properly. For a reference board, check that jumpers are set on the on-chip emulator side. When there is no problem with connection, (2) or (3) may be the case. Replace the target LSI.
Does the A/D converter include a sample/hold circuit? Or, does a hold occur for the number of input ports?
The ADC of our microcontroller includes a sample/hold circuit. Note that the sample/hold circuits for the number of input ports are not provided.
For BD3812F, What is the polarity of the MUTE terminal?
The "control signal" listed on page 3 of the datasheet is the specification for the MUTE pin. MUTE is OFF at "H" level, and MUTE is ON at "L" level.
When performing A/D conversion for multiple channels, are channels put into the sampling wait state until sampling of one channel is completed? Or, can sampling be performed simultaneously?
The ADC of our microcontroller performs A/D conversion while switching channels and therefore unprocessed channels are put into the wait state. Simultaneous conversion cannot be performed.
After setting the register value of [PA_ADJ1 to 3] register (B1 0x04-0x06), [PA_REG_ADJ1 to 3] register (B1 0x33-0x35), [PA_REG_FINE_ADJ] register (B1 0x13) through adjusting PA of ML7396, how long does it take for them to be reflected in the wireless output?
After completion of register settings, the control signal is sent to the PA without time lags. Therefore, the time taken for them to be reflected is almost equivalent to the response time of PA. Since PA provides quick response, they are reflected within 100 us. Related Products: ML7396 family

LAPIS recommend ML610Q486P, ML610Q488P, ML610Q112 for analog-front end type LSIs. Customer can use third party microcontroller.
In the FSK mode, when continuously transmitting the modulated wave using RF_TEST_MODE, the center frequency shifts by about 3 KHz.
As described in the data sheet, when using RF_TEST_MODE in FSK mode, the modulator reads unnecessary data before the generation of the expected test data just after TX_ON is started up. Therefore, the center frequency changes. To use RF_TEST_MODE correctly, check again through the following procedure. 1. Initialization register setting 2. Execute VCO_CAL 3. TX_ON 4. After starting up TX, MODEM reset * Note: Usually, this event does not occur when transmitting packets containing DIO control. So, it is not required to perform a MODEM reset after TX_ON.
