你好,世强平台暂时没有符合这个高规格的陶瓷电容可以推荐,世强平台有代理京瓷的MLCC,10uF的最高电压能做到50V,但是封装会比1210的要大,所以如果空间允许的话,推荐您可以考虑其他类型的电容,如小型铝电解电容。

什么是陶瓷电容器?
陶瓷电容器,顾名思义是以陶瓷为介质的电容器,介质陶瓷有很多,如低频钛酸钡,钛酸铅,高频钛酸镁,钛酸锶等等。参数性能方面要求介电常数ε尽可能的高,介电损耗tanδ尽可能的低。

输出连接大电容电容器(USB规格120μF以上)不会出现问题。但是,使IC ON,输出启动时,对CL充电,因此会产生冲击电流。根据CL的值,冲击电流被控制在限制电流值,IC变为检测到过电流的状态。高边开关IC将此状态持续/OC端子(FLAG)输出延迟时间以上时,从/OC端子输出“L”。
