除了电解电容,其他所有电容都是没有极性的,无正负之分。
安规电容选型依据什么原则?
一:当在电源跨线电路中使用电容器来消除噪音时,不仅仅只有正常电压,还必须考虑到异常的脉冲电压(如闪电)的产生,这可能会导致电容器冒烟或者起火。所以,跨线电容器的安全标准对于在不同国家有严格规定,故必须使用经过安全认证的电容器。 二:不允许将直流电容器用作跨线电容器使用 对于X2电容抑制电源电磁干扰用电容器应适用于在电容器失效时不会导致电击危险的场合,如电源跨线路连接,可承受2.5kV的脉冲电压。 对于Y2类抑制电源电磁干扰用电容器应适用于在电容器失效时不会导致电击危险的场合,用于电源跨线路连接时,能承受5kV的脉冲电压冲击,不致发生击穿现象。 三:安规电容选型的耐压指标绝对不能余量留得太大,这是选型时容易出现问题的一个关键点。 四:在选择安规电容的时候,必须要选择一些有资力有品牌的,能为售后服务提供保证的。如买到质量不过关的安规电容,搞不好连机器烧坏。咱们在选择安规电容时不是说价格越低越好,而是要选择合理质量好的产品。要寻找一些有资力的安规电容厂家,保证货源充足。如果选择的是代理商,也要询问是否有相应的安规认证。
