新四化加速汽车产业升级,汽车电子市场需求增长当前,汽车产业进入百年一遇的大变革时期,随着各国环保政策的逐步落实,新能源汽车呼声高涨,而新能源汽车作为汽车行业新秀,不仅是动力能源的转变者,也承载了用户体验升级的众多期望,带动汽车从单纯的交通工具向移动智能终端、储能单元和数字空间转变,汽车“新四化”正成为新的发展潮流和趋势。


所谓新四化是指:电动化:由电力驱动的汽车能源动力系统,其标志性产品便是新能源汽车。智能化:典型表现自动驾驶及高级辅助驾驶。网联化:核心内涵是人-车-路-云之间的互联,增强智能网联汽车安全性,促进交通优化,改善驾驶体验的纽带和桥梁。共享化:车消费方式的变革,主要涵盖汽车共享与移动出行。 

汽车电动化、智能化和网联化的功能,都是通过各种电子元件器组成的功能模块实现的,作为通用的基础元件,多层陶瓷电容器(Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor:MLCC)是使用数量最多的被动元件之一。MLCC具备小体积、高容量、高可靠性、便于贴装,能够在恶劣的环境中保持稳定的性能,符合在狭小而严酷的汽车内部搭载电气与电子电路的要求,随着汽车新四化潮流的不断深入,车规级MLCC的数量也不断增加。


在新四化中,电动化是基础和首要方向。电气渗透率的提升也直接带动被动元件数量增加,据对比,纯电动车动力组件需要的MLCC数量约为普通内燃机汽车的6倍。中国是新能源汽车的最大消费国,最新数据显示,今年1-9月份国内汽车销量1862.3万辆,其中新能源汽车销量215.7万辆,同比增长1.5倍,渗透率达11.58%。在9月份,新能源汽车销量35.7万辆,再创历史新高。而全球新能源汽车预计在2030年达到30%的市场占比。

除了汽车电动化,汽车智能化也影响着MLCC市场的需求变化。依照美国汽车工程师学会(SAE)的定义,该过程可以分为 L0、L1、L2、L3、L4、L5 共六个逐步递进的等级,分别是从无自动驾驶、驾驶辅助、部分自动驾驶、有条件自动驾驶、高度自动驾驶,再到最后的完全自动驾驶的发展。

自动驾驶等级跃升结合汽车电动化的发展,将大幅提升MLCC的需求。L0级传统燃油车所需MLCC数量约为3000颗,L2级混合动力车需要MLCC超过6000颗,L3级纯电动车需要MLCC超过10000颗。所以,即使在整体汽车行业增长不确定的形势下,汽车的新四化发展,也将大大带动车规级MLCC的增长。根据中国电子元件行业协会发布的最新数据,2020年全球汽车用MLCC需求量约为3790亿只,同比增长9.1%;预计到2025 年全球汽车用MLCC需求量将达到4730亿只, 五年平均增长率约为4.6%。

车规级MLCC的要求高在哪里

汽车关乎人的生命安全,因此对汽车上搭载的零部件要求十分严格,而MLCC会应用到汽车智能座舱、智能驾驶和三电系统的各个模块,所以对安装在汽车上的MLCC也有严格的要求。并且,为了保证元器件的品质和一致性,从质量管理体系和制造过程就开始管控。对于车规级元器件,第一步并不在于产品技术的实现,而是产品设计和制造体系平台的搭建。在ISO9001质量管理体系的基础上,国际汽车工作组( International Automotive Task Force ,简称IATF)加入汽车行业技术规范,制定出IATF16949体系,确立针对汽车相关产品的设计和开发、生产及相应的安装与服务的质量管理体系要求。 


在产品性能上,也有针对汽车用行业被动元件的AEC-Q200标准,指出被动元器件必须具备的产品品质与可靠度。由于被动元件是在狭小而严苛的汽车内部环境中使用,对温度、湿度、气候、抗震等适应能力要求很高。例如,MLCC的工作温度范围,消费类MLCC最高工作温度一般是85至125℃,但车规级MLCC一般要求最低125°C。

此外,车规级MLCC的寿命要求也明显增加。消费类MLCC的寿命要求一般为3-5年,但是车规级MLCC的寿命要求15年以上。


“零缺陷”是车规品最突出的要求之一,因为MLCC的可靠性检验是抽样检验,只能通过加大抽样数量和严试验条件来核查。在可靠性试验中,车规级MLCC温度循环项目需要做1000次循环,高温高湿负载试验需要在指定环境下做1000h。而一般的消费类MLCC为10次以下的温度循环试验和500h的高温高湿负载试验。


总的来说,微容科技认为,车规级MLCC的高要求,并不在对产品极限参数的要求,比如大容量、小尺寸,而是对产品的可靠性、稳定性和一致性提出要求,而这些需要从发设计、制造过程、检验条件等全方面管控。
