【产品】1500W/3000W双向TVS二极管实现太阳能Boost的灵活设计

在太阳能发电系统中,Boost电路将太阳能电池板的低直流电压升压到直流母线电压,然后再经逆变器转换为交流电供给电网或负载使用。Central公司推出了非常适用于Boost电路的系列器件。Boost电路的输入电压低,输出电压高,且太阳能电池板可以根据用户需求灵活串并,调节Boost电路的输入电压。Boost电路的输入双向TVS,推荐使用1500W的1SMC5.0CA~1SMC170CA系列及3000W的 3SMC5.0CA~3SMC170CA系列TVS。
1SMC5.0CA~1SMC170CA系列是5~170V的双向TVS二极管。双向TVS普遍应用于交流输入电路中,抑制正反向的瞬态过电压。Boost电路中电感电压存在反向,可能会存在反向电压尖峰,建议使用双向TVS进行输入保护。它们的脉冲电流峰值范围为5.5~163A,有很好的抗冲击,可靠性高。它们的漏电流范围为5~1000uA,损耗低,发热少,效率高。它的结温范围为-65~150℃,温度范围宽,应用广泛。
