美国 Central Semiconductor(中央半导体)公司推出的CTLSH1-40M322S是一种大电流、低正向压降的硅肖特基整流器,采用TLM322S 表面封装(尺寸与SOT-363相似),具有尺寸小,运行效率高的优点,该微型无引线封装(TLM)的最大功耗为1.45W,其功耗可达到同类表面贴装中同类器件的4倍。它适用于小尺寸和运行效率是首要要求的应用中,比如DC-DC转换器,反向电池保护,电池供电设备,包括手机,PDA,数码相机,MP3播放器等。图1是其封装的实物图。

图2是肖特基整流器CTLSH1-40M322S的外形结构尺寸图,1和2是阳极,3是阴极。可见其尺寸很小,结构简单,安装方便,适合小尺寸的设计要求。在25℃的测试环境下,肖特基整流器CTLSH1-40M322S的重复反向峰值电压为40V,连续正向电流IF高达1A,峰值重复正向电流IFRM为3.5A,正向浪涌电流为10A。工作和储存温度范围为-65到150℃,热阻ΘJA为86.2℃/W。

肖特基整流器CTLSH1-40M322S的泄露电流很小,在25℃的测试环境下,当反向电压VR为5V,反向电流IR最大仅为10uA,具有很好的工作稳定性。同时其也具备低正向电压的特点,当正向电流IF为1A时,正向压降最大为0.55V,满足低正向压降的设计要求。另外当频率为1.0MHz,反向电压为4V时,结电容典型值为50pF。肖特基整流器CTLSH1-40M322S具体的电气特性见图3。
