【产品】损耗小于-0.23dB的PIN射频开关二极管,可以应用在射频电路
世界一流的光电子半导体公司可天士(KODENSHI)最新推出一款高性能射频开关二极管—ND102,它采用了PIN二极管结构。与传统PN结二极管不同,这种结构可以使得二极管在高频信号作用下I区始终存在一部分载流子,使得 PIN二极管始终不能像普通二极管一样达到截至状态,而对于高频信号来说更像是一种线性原件,从而可以广泛应用于UHF/VHF等超高频射频电路的开关。
ND102的额定正向电压0.9V,最大反向电压VR可以达到30V,反向电流最大值为0.1μA,最大结温150℃,储存温度为-55°~+150°。同时,与其他同类产品相比,ND102具有很低的结电容与串联电阻。其结电容仅为0.3pF(额定),最大不超过0.4pF,而串联电阻在正向电流10mA的条件下典型值为1.1Ω,保证了器件最大损耗不超过-0.23dB,具有极低的损耗。除此之外,如图1所示,ND102还具有优异的滤波性能,对于1GHz的信号其衰减可达-19dB。
封装方面,ND102采用SOD-923封装规格,封装尺寸1±0.1mm×0.5±0.05mm×0.395±0.035mm,推荐于PCB板配合使用。
