【产品】短路电流仅34μA的PIN光电二极管,暗电流低至0.1μA
KODENSHI(可天士)推出的PIN光电二极管HPI215,在1000lx的光照强度下,短路电流典型值仅为34μA,具有输出功率极高的特性。其光谱灵敏度范围为450nm~1100nm,峰值灵敏度波长典型值为1000nm,具有出色的灵敏度。且该款光电二极管在反向电压为5V的条件下,暗电流典型值仅为0.1μA,最大值不超过1μA,可以使感测误差更小,非常适合OA设备、光学检测仪等应用。
PIN光电二极管HPI215在VR=0V、f=1MHz的条件下,结电容典型值仅为16pF。其在I层两侧掺杂浓度很高的P型和N型半导体,P层和N层很薄,吸收入射光的比例很小,因而光产生电流中漂移分量占了主导地位,这就大大加快了响应速度。此外,HPI215拥有宽广的指向性,半值角典型值为±65°。
HPI215采用TO-18型透明环氧树脂镜片封装,保证产品的稳定性和安全性。其芯片尺寸仅为1.6mm,体积小巧,且安装简便。其工作温度范围为-20℃~+70℃,焊接温度可高达260℃,可轻松应对恶劣的工作环境。
