【经验】反激式开关电源的RCD电路设计该如何选型?
漏感(LLk)是开关变压器的一项重要指标,可以看作是变压器原边侧电感(LP)串联的寄生电感,对开关电源性能指标的影响很大,在开关管关断时,原边侧电感能量可以通过输出二极管释放,但是漏感能量无处可去,因此会形成巨大的电压尖峰,如果不能合理处理这些漏感能量,巨大的电压尖峰将会造成开关管的损坏。有两种处理漏感能量的方式,一是设法将这些能量回馈到输入电容,二是设法消耗掉;为简单起见通常选择后者,而在消耗的各种做法中最常用的方式就是题目中所提到的RCD电路,如下图所示,该电路的作用就是钳位,即钳住电压尖峰,同时消耗掉漏感能量。

想要知道LLk的真实值么,最好的办法就是测量,通常测量漏感的方法是把变压器的副边侧绕组短路,再测量原边侧绕组的(开路)电感值。短路实际上抵消了所有耦合电感,所以此时测到的就是原边电感。下面将通过RCD电路中电阻电容和二极管参数的计算,然后完成元器件的选型,从而完成电路设计。
在RCD电路的设计中实际上就是电阻R、电容C以及二极管D的计算和选择的过程,从能量的损耗方面来分析计算的话就能够快速的实现参数的设计计算。首先还是要保证开关管的安全,即最大DS电压值不能超过VDss,可通过公式:
0.8*VDss=Vdcmax+(Vo+VF)*(Np/Ns)+VLK
进行VLK值的设定,以达到确保开关管安全工作的目的,VLK的一般设计值为150V;
将RCD电路钳位的电压值称为VCLAMP,则漏感上的电压值为VLK=VCLAMP-VOR,其中发射电压VOR就是上述公式中的(Vo+VF)*(Np/Ns),用于变压器的匝比设计用,则由VLK=LLK*△I/△t得:
△t= LLK*△I/(VCLAMP-VOR)
因为△t的内平均电流为IPK/2,则△t时间内的电路需要钳位的能量为E= IPK/2* VCLAMP*△t,
E=(1/2*LLK*IPK*IPK*VCLAMP)/(VCLAMP-VOR)
PCLAMP=E*fSW =(1/2*LLK*IPK*IPK*VCLAMP*fSW)/(VCLAMP-VOR)
其中,fSW为开关频率;
对于RCD电路,VCLAMP=VCAP,则由PCLAMP=VCAP*VCAP/R得出电阻值R的计算公式:
R=2*VCLAMP*(VCLAMP-VOR) /(LLK*IPK*IPK*fSW)
上式用于电阻值的选择,PCLAMP则用于电阻功率的选择,再通过耐压的选择即可完成RCD电路中电阻的选择;
在整个开关周期内,除了△t内,电容几乎以恒定速率放电,流过电阻的电流几乎恒定,如下方程必须被满足I=C*△V/△t=C*△V*fSW,且I= VCAP/R,于是得到C的计算方程C= VCAP/(R*△V*fSW),其中△V为电容C的电压纹波系数,一般取5%至10%即可,这里取小于10%,则C≥1/(R*10%*fSW),即C≥10/(R*fSW),这样就可以得到电容C的电容值,再通过耐压值VCLAMP的选择即可确定电容的型号;
二极管D的选择中,关注两个参数,正向电流IF和反向电压VR;二极管正向导通发生在开关管关闭时刻,由于电感中的电流不能突变,所以关断时刻的电流值为IF=IPK,二极管反向截止发生在开关管导通时刻,此时二极管两端的电压值为VR=VIN-VC,通过以上两个参数即可确定二极管型号。
实例分析一款220V额定输入,50W输出的一个开关电源设计计算RCD电路参数,其中电源芯片的耐压值为750V,开关频率为100kHz,LLk为20μH,要求转换效率η为0.8。
令VLK的设计值为150V,则由0.8*VDss=Vdcmax+ VOR +VLK以及VLK=VCLAMP-VOR两个公式得出VOR=0.8*750V-VLK-220V*1.2*1.414=76.7V取80V,其中1.2系数是因为电网的波动给出的裕量值;则VCLAMP=VOR+VLK=80V+150V=230V;由于输出功率Po=10W且η为0.8,则Pi=Po/η=50W/0.8=62.5W,由于输入峰值电流在输入电压最小且负载功率恒定下取得,则Ipk=2Irms=2*Pi/Vimin=2*62.5W/(220V*0.8)=0.7A;可得出R=2*VCLAMP*(VCLAMP-VOR)/(LLK*IPK*IPK*fSW)=2*230V*(230V-80V)/(20μH*0.7A*0.7A*100kHz)=69000/(2*0.49)=69kΩ;则PR=VCLAMP*VCLAMP/R=0.76W,可取1W功率,电阻R计算完成。从而可由C≥10/(R*fSW)=10/(69kΩ*100kHz)=145pF,可取标准值150pF,耐压值即为VCLAMP为230V,可取标准值500V,这样就完成了电容的设计计算值;二极管D的正向电流IF= VCLAMP/R=230V/69k=3mA,可取1A通用规格反向耐压值为Vdcmax-VCLAMP=220*1.414*1.2-230V=143V可取600V规格以确保在异常状况下的安全。这样我们就完成了整个RCD电路参数的计算,其中电阻R为69kΩ/1W,电容C为150pF/500V,二极管D为1A/600V,一些设计人员不推荐在此使用超快二极管,特性软的慢二极管还能有助于改善电磁干扰。
