【选型】TOF机器人上使用SGM8743可替代TLV3501,失调电压更小
目前智能机器人在国内的运用越发广泛,国内很多公司目前以TOF传感器机器人为主流,一些关键器件如高速比较器,大多采用TI的TLV3501,由于中美贸易战和价格交期等客观因素的影响,需求国产替代化,本文介绍圣邦微电子的SGM8743可以用来替代TLV3501。
SGM8743和TLV3501封装上相差不大,不需要做很大的改版,能为客户在研发上省掉一部分时间。
SGM8743脚位定义图,1#脚是输出脚,2#脚是负电源,3#是正输入脚,4#脚是负输入脚,5#脚是正电源;
TLV3501脚位定义图,1#脚是负输入脚,2#脚是负电源,3#脚是正输入脚,4#脚是正电源,5#脚是o输出脚,6#脚是关断功能。
对比可知,SGM8743比TLV3501少了一个关断功能引脚,不影响在机器人作为采样上的一个使用,其他脚位变化不大。
性能方面,SGM8743失调电压比TLV3501小,因此采样误差也更小,输入电流会比其小很多。
综上可知,SGM8743可以完全替代TLV3501,供货相对稳定,交期更短。
