如何为光伏逆变器系统选择高质量的电解电容
一颗小小的电容,却作用巨大,电容种类巨多,其主要功能是储能、滤波、去耦、旁路。现在的电子产品中用于储能滤波的电容多半都是电解电容。电解电容具有大容量、高耐压、价格低廉等显著优点,然其又有寿命短、怕高温的缺陷。因为电解电容的电解质为液态,芯子发热或环境温度较高将导致电解液挥发,长期高温会导致电解液干涸失效。
在光伏逆变器设计中,储能电容一般采用多颗电解电容进行并联,用于前期AC/DC整流滤波储能使用。影响逆变器寿命最主要的器件就是储能电容,一般的高压电解电容在105℃情况只能工作2000~3000小时,而逆变器放户外逆变器温度通常都有六七十度,一般对于电子产品寿命,温度每升高10℃,寿命减半。因此,如何选择高质量的电解电容是设计光伏逆变器的关键之一。
以一般逆变器中最常用的315V、1000uF和550V、390uF两种规格为例,笔者推荐NCC(俗称黑金刚)LXS系列电解电容,太阳能发电专用,保证105℃ 5000小时(叠加纹波电流)。即在105℃环境中,不超过额定电压的范围下叠加额定纹波电流,连续加载额定电压5,000小时后,待温度回复到20℃进行测量时。
总的来说,黑金刚LXS系列电解电容满足以下光伏逆变器设计要求:
1 静电容变化率≦初始值的±20%
2 损失角正切值≦初始规格值的200%(500Vdc:250%以下,550, 600Vdc:300%以下)
3 漏电流≦初始规格值

在光伏逆变器中,传统的方案母线电容使用电解电容作为滤波,目前准备更换为薄膜电容,请问容量和耐压怎么选择?
薄膜电容在电力电子系统中应用,耐压更高且高温性能更好,且承受母线纹波电压的能力比电解电容高。所以在选择薄膜电容的容量时可以减小容值,一般选取同功率电解电容容量的1/6左右,耐压选择比母线电压最高值稍高一些即可。
