【产品】SMD贴片封装单相整流桥ABSF15X系列，正向电流1.5A，漏电流小于2uA
DIOTEC（德欧泰克）是半导体二极管和整流器元器件产品的主要供应商。Diotec推出了ABSF15D、ABSF15G、ABSF15J、ABSF15K、ABSF15M系列单相桥式整流器，其具有反向峰值电压高、漏电流低和正向可承受浪涌电流高等特点，该系列采用SMD贴片封装，占用PCB空间较小，是小功率50/60HZ主电源整流的理想选择。
ABSF15X这一系列的单相桥式整流器的反向峰值电压分别为200V，400V，600V，800V，1000V，正向峰值电流高达55A，该系列正向电流为1.5A，正向导通压降最大为1.3V，此外，该系列具有较低漏电流，其最大值为2uA，可以使得元器件实现较低损耗，有利于提高电源效率。

Diotec的ABSF15X系列桥式整流器产品特性如下：
• 反向重复峰值电压VRRM分别为200V，400V，600V，800V，1000V
• 平均正向电流IF为1.5A
• 正向峰值浪涌电流IFSM在60HZ/8.3ms条件下为55A，在50HZ/10ms条件下50A。
• 反向漏电流IR小于2µA
• 正向压降VF小于1.3V@IF=0.8A
• 结电容CJ典型值为15pF。
