国产高端MLCC龙头厂商微容科技,带来车规/超微型/射频/高容量等全线MLCC产品
2022年6月24日, 广东微容电子科技有限公司(下称“微容科技”)与世强先进(深圳)科技股份有限公司(下称“世强先进”)签署代理协议,授权世强先进代理其旗下片式多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)全线产品。
在5G、新能源等新兴应用的迅速发展下,一部5G手机使用MLCC超过1000颗,一辆纯电动车MLCC的使用量则达到了1.8万颗,市场上对小尺寸、高容值、车规级等高端MLCC的需求越来越多。
作为国内销量最大的MLCC生产商,微容科技2021年MLCC销量达2000亿颗,产品包含高容量MLCC、车规MLCC、射频MLCC、超微型MLCC等,是国内高端MLCC主力供应商之一,产品应用覆盖消费电子、通信、汽车、IoT、EMS、家电、安防、工业等众多领域。
在车规MLCC方面,微容科技产品覆盖0201~1210各个尺寸的全系列规格,满足AEC-Q200标准,产品应用覆盖三电系统、智能驾驶、智能座舱等汽车电子场景,已成为一线汽车大厂比亚迪的供应商。

在射频MLCC方面,微容科技产品尺寸覆盖008004/01005/0201/0402,Q值可达1000以上,容量覆盖0.1pF~47pF,并以低ESR、高精度的特性良好匹配射频电路的需求。此外,为满足移动通信基站等射频大功率发射需要,微容科技还推出了射频大功率系列MLCC,电压可达250V。
在高容量MLCC方面,微容科技实现了市场主流产品的自主研发生产,尺寸覆盖0201~1210等多个系列,容量突破至100μF+,且产品工作温度可向上扩展至105~125℃,适用在基站、服务器、PC、芯片内置等局部温度较高的应用场景。
为进一步保障产品供应,微容科技新建的高端MLCC生产基地即将全线投产,总产能将从目前的350亿只/月增至600亿只/月。在此基础上,微容科技继续增加对生产基地建设的投资,预估在2028年左右实现MLCC年产能1.5万亿片规模的总目标,满足市场对高端MLCC产品的需求。
