KYOCERA(京瓷)公司的可控硅/二极管模块产品具有高品质、高可靠性,至今占据日本市场第一。Kyocera(京瓷)推出的PGH75N8、PGH75N16晶闸管模块,具有通态电流较大、耐压性能好的特点,能在高电压、大电流条件下工作,主要应用于商用频率中的整流电路、浪涌电流防止电路等领域。

PGH75N8、PGH75N16中的二极管部分重复峰值反向电压分别为800V、1600V(6 Arm),非重复峰值反向电压分别为900V、1700V(6 Arm);在50Hz正弦半波(1脉冲、不重复)条件下,两款产品的晶闸管部分通态浪涌电流ITSM均为1200A(1 Arm),可一定程度地隔离信号干扰,确保了器件的可靠性和安全性,高电流可使器件用于防浪涌电流电路的设计;在三相全波整流的条件下,两款产品的平均整流输出电流均为75A。
PGH75N8、PGH75N16晶闸管模块的工作结温范围分别为-40℃~+150℃,存储温度范围均为-40℃~+125℃,均符合工业环境温度要求,在超高、低温环境下具有更出色的长期稳定性和安全性,能够满足各种严苛环境下的温度要求。热传导性能极好,在大功率系统中,不会因为热损耗过大导致结温过高而损坏芯片。
在VD=6V、IT=1A、TJ=25℃的标准下,PGH75N8、PGH75N16晶闸管模块的门极触发电压VGT均为2.5V(1 Arm),非常容易达到触发条件;峰值断态电压VTM最大值均为1.2V(Tj=25℃, ITM=75A),导通压降更低,有利于电路启动。
