【选型】可pin to pin替换TI OP07C的运放SGMOP07E,输入失调电压0.35uV且具有更宽工作温度
在测试设备等工业应用中,通常会用到高压、低噪声、低失调电压的运放来调理信号,TI的OP07C存在大量应用,为了提高国产化器件比例,降低供货渠道风险,需要国产化替代器件。
针对测试设备中高压、低噪声的运算放大器应用,国产圣邦微电子推出了高工作电压的低噪声运算放大器SGMOP07E,采用CMOS工艺,轨到轨输出,采用3.6V至36V单电源或±1.8V至±18V双电源供电,具有600kHz的高增益带宽积、3V/us的压摆率和750uA静态电流,以下是两个运放的电气性能参数对比:
从以上参数对比可以看出SGMOP07E在增益带宽、封装等参数与OP07C基本一致,但输入失调电压、输入电压噪声、压摆率、工作温度范围等指标都优于OP07C。尤其是SGMOP07E输入失调电压只有OP07C的一半,可以降低运放本身误差对放大信号精度的影响;工作温度覆盖-40~125 ˚C,可以适用于多种工作环境,同时更宽的工作电压带来更好的系统兼容性。在ESD防护方面,SGMOP07E也有出色的表现,可以达到2KV HBM,高于OP07C的1KV HBM,提高器件的长期工作可靠性,两者封装同为SOIC-8,具体PIN脚定义如下图:

从上图对比可以看出SGMOP07E与OP07C封装和引脚定义基本一致,可以在不改动电路的前提下直接pin to pin替换,减少工程师替换设计工作量。
综上所述,圣邦微电子的高压精密运算放大器SGMOP07E不仅可以pin to pin替代TI的OP07C,还具有相对更低的输入失调电压、更宽的工作温度和更高的ESD等级,同时成本更具优势,是测试设备模拟小信号调理高压运算放大器的优秀解决方案。
