【产品】ELECTRO-AIR系列防尘屏蔽通风盖板,具有散热通风、空气过滤和EMI屏蔽的多功能产品
通风屏蔽罩是各种电子设备和电器经常用到的一种产品,主要功能是在屏蔽电磁干扰的同时帮助发热量大的电子产品提供通风散热的通道,例如台式电脑的机箱就经常用到。但是在某些精密设备和屏蔽机舱的应用中,普通的通风盖板已经不能满足更高性能的要求。因此,LAIRD(莱尔德科技)公司专门推出了ELECTRO-AIR系列防尘屏蔽通风盖板产品,在通风散热的基础功能上,增加了防EMI电磁干扰功能和防尘功能。

这种新型的多功能通风盖板产品,其实现空气过滤和EMI屏蔽的特性功能,已经在大量的实际应用中获得了认可。该系列产品的结构主要包括分层的编织网、轧花网和过滤介质(若需要),能够过滤极小的空气污染物,同时提供极小的空气流阻抗。在防EMI电磁干扰方面,该系列产品具有特殊设计的EMI屏蔽衬垫,以防止干扰信号对敏感电子元件造成影响。事实上,为了确保产品的有效性能,该系列盖板全部通过了MIL-STD-285标准的测试。结果证明,该系列产品在18MHz至1GHz的平面电磁波环境中,能够提供超过60dB的屏蔽效能。各种不同材质的框架、镀层、介质和衬垫配置组合,可以提供不同的电气性能和屏蔽性能。Laird推荐的两种配置组合代码为73和74,具体配置内容参见表1。

ELECTRO-AIR系列防尘屏蔽通风盖板的尺寸规格多样,标准尺寸从3至18平方英寸,即19.35 至 116.13 平方厘米,应用面十分广泛,各种小型、大型壳体甚至房间大小的设施都可以使用。安装过程方便快捷,预留的贯穿孔结构使用紧固件,可以快速完成盖板的安装和拆除过程。该系列产品允许使用温性肥皂进行清洗,并且不会降低电气性能,维护过程简单方便。而在使用寿命方面,该产品更是通常要比受保护的设备寿命长的多,可以认为是一次安装,永久使用的产品。
