AIT的A7525是采用6引脚SOT封装的可提供高效率的同步、固定频率、升压型DC / DC转换器。 该器件包含一个内部NMOS开关和PMOS同步整流器并能够从单个AA电池输入提供100mA电流和3.3V电压的输出。 1.2MHz的开关频率允许使用纤巧、薄型电感器和陶瓷电容器,最大限度地缩小了解决方案占板面积。 电流模式PWM设计为内部补偿,减少了外部元件数量。 A7525可在轻负载条件下连续切换。 在非连续模式下抗振铃控制电路通过阻尼电感来降低EMI问题,并且该器件具有低于1uA的低关断电流。
