FELSIC Capax是EXXELIA公司推出的一款电容值在100μF至 2200000μF之间的铝电解电容,其工作温度范围为-55℃至+85℃,耐低温,符合RoHS标准。采用螺丝端子的安装方式(支持M5\M6两种规格),是高能量负载型电容器。20℃条件下,FELSIC CAPAX铝电解电容的容值误差为-20%至+20%。主要面向变频器,电流逆变器,开关电源,焊接机等应用。

FELSIC CAPAX铝电解电容的使用寿命长,符合IEC 60 384.4/ NFC 83 110/ CECC 30 300等多项规范,85℃条件下,通过了5000小时的额定电压测试。20℃环境下,引脚和安装硬件之间的绝缘电阻为100MΩ。同时经过了引线和安装硬件之间的测试电压为2000 V(50 Hz/1分钟)的硬件测试。FELSIC CAPAX铝电解电容符合IEC 60 695-2-2标准(耐火等级方面),具有15s自熄灭的特性。
FELSIC CAPAX铝电解电容的直流电压范围为10V-500V,电容范围为100μF至 2200000μF,根据不同的容值,其外观尺寸也略有差异,主要有BC与BD两种类型,BC式结构采用铝绝缘外壳,利用弹簧垫圈以及六角螺钉进行固定,固定夹需要单独采购。BD式结构采用套用铝壳,也利用弹簧垫圈以及六角螺钉进行固定,尾部有电容器凸起,采用钢六角螺母以及弹簧垫圈固定。
