EPSON(爱普生)是全球最大的晶体时钟产品提供商,且是全球最大的晶率覆盖范围厂商,实现从KHz至GHz全覆盖;供货稳定,一致性好,性能更稳定。
Epson新推出了两款低噪声温度补偿晶体振荡器TG2016SMN和TG2520SMN,这两款温度补偿晶体振荡器供电电压可为:1.8V、2.8V、3.0V和3.3V,输出电流最大损耗为2.1mA,输入阻抗最小500KΩ,输出频率范围为10MHz~55MHz,可见输出频率很高,可以作为要求工作频率高运算速度快得CPU使用。温度补偿晶体振荡器TG2016SMN和TG2520SMN的启动时间只有1ms,启动时间快稳定性好,噪声小,其工作温度范围:-40°C到+85°C,且不含有毒物质铅并符合ROHS标准,适合全球定位系统和无线通信设备应用。

温度补偿晶体振荡器TG2016SMN和TG2520SMN为薄型SMD封装,,尺寸小适合在PCB焊接使用,封装尺寸图如图2所示。
