【选型】WIMA薄膜/箔片电容系列产品,PCM 5mm~15mm
薄膜/箔片电容产品中的电极连接方式与金属化电容不同,是以金属箔的形式与电介质缠绕而成。由于具有较低的串联阻抗,薄膜/箔片电容具有优良的脉冲和电流承受能力,以及非常高的绝缘阻抗。薄膜/箔片的结构主要用于生产电容值较小的电容产品,其优点在于金属箔电极的接触性非常好,并且产品的脉冲强度较好。本文将重点介绍PCM 5mm~15mm的WIMA薄膜/箔片电容系列,介绍其四大系列的特性优点和选型时需要注意的要点。

WIMA的PCM 5~15mm电容产品有两种电介质版本,共分四个系列型号,分别为FKS 2,FKP 2,FKS3和FKP3,产品的电容值范围从33pF到0.22µF,额定电压值范围从63VDC到1000VDC。
先按照电介质的不同区分一下:
• FKS 2和FKS3为聚酯膜电介质(PET)系列,适用于一般的直流电路应用,例如耦合,去耦和旁路电路。其耗散因子正切值小于0.007,对应的绝缘阻抗值大于1 x 105 MΩ。
• FKP 2和FKP3则为聚丙烯膜电介质(PP)系列,可用于高频电路应用,例如谐振电路,高频电源,偏移电路,高频振荡电路和音频设备。其耗散因子正切值小于0.0005,比聚酯膜电介质电容要小,其工作时的功耗和发热量也会更低;同时相对应的绝缘阻抗值也会更大,最低值为3 x 105 MΩ。也就是说,聚丙烯膜电介质系列的薄膜/箔片电容产品的功耗更低、发热量更低、绝缘性能更好,在有此类特性需求的电路应用中可以参考选型。
再按照PCM的不同可区分为:
• FKS 2和FKP 2为PCM 5mm系列,产品体型较小,可用在紧凑型的电路布局中。
• FKS 3和FKP 3为PCM 7.5mm、10mm和15mm系列,产品的体型较大,但是优点在于机械稳定性要较好。并且PCM越大的产品,其电容值也就越大,例如电容值在0.068µF~0.22µF的薄膜/箔片电容,就只能选择10mm或15mm PCM的产品。
最后,简单介绍一下四个系列电容产品的参数范围,客户可根据实际需求进行参数方面的选型设计:
• FKS 2系列聚酯薄膜/箔片电容,PCM 5mm,电容值范围为1000pF~0.047µF,额定电压值范围为63VDC~630VDC。
• FKP 2系列聚丙烯薄膜/箔片电容,PCM 5mm,电容值范围为33pF~0.033µF,额定电压值范围为63VDC~1000VDC。
• FKS 3系列聚酯薄膜/箔片电容,PCM 7.5mm、10mm、15mm,电容值范围为1000pF~0.22µF,额定电压值范围为100VDC~630VDC。
• FKP 3系列聚丙烯薄膜/箔片电容,PCM 7.5mm、10mm、15mm,电容值范围为100pF~0.22µF,额定电压值范围为63VDC~1000VDC。

薄膜电容在电力电子系统中应用,耐压更高且高温性能更好,且承受母线纹波电压的能力比电解电容高。所以在选择薄膜电容的容量时可以减小容值,一般选取同功率电解电容容量的1/6左右,耐压选择比母线电压最高值稍高一些即可。
