汽车电路保护
汽车整车电路通常由电源电路、起动电路、点火电路、照明与灯光信号装置电路、仪表信息系统电路、辅助装置电路和电子控制系统电路组成。在众多的电路系统中,LittelFuse可以实现过压、过流、防冲击等不同的保护功能。
LittelFuse的TVS管是在稳压管工艺基础上发展起来的一种新产品,其电路符号和普通稳压二极管相同,外形也与普通二极管无异。当TVS管两端经受瞬间的高能量冲击时,它能以极高的速度(最高达1*10-12秒)使其阻抗骤然降低,同时吸收一个大电流,将其两端间的电压箝位在一个预定的数值上,从而确保后面的电路元件免受瞬态高能量的冲击而损坏。在汽车中的典型应用原理图如下:

在汽车电路接口方面的设计中,也会选择众多的TVS进行保护。比如在USB的电源线,数据线用1颗TVS对地做防护,钳位静电电压。TVS的优势非常明显,它的结电容低至0.35pF,在USB2.0最高速率480Mbps时都可以完整传输信号,封装为DO-214AA SMB,紧凑体积小,能节约PCB空间,便于设计。
在汽车总线的应用中,例如常见的CAN总线,LIN总线,也需要增加TVS提高汽车电子保护等级。
