【新】DC-Link电容让UPS逆变器高效稳定地输出
WIMA的DC-Link电容器,又称直流支撑电容器。DC-Link电容器,属于无源器件的一种。这种电容器,现主要采用聚丙烯薄膜介质直流支撑电容器,其具有耐电压高、耐电流大、低阻抗、低电感、容量损耗小、漏电流小、温度性能好、充放电速度快、使用寿命长(约10万小时)、安全防爆稳定性好、无极性安装方便等优点,被广泛应用于电力电子行业,该产品十分适合用在UPS不间断电源产品上,特别是逆变器直流母线的储能和滤波。

DC-Link电容器在逆变电路中主要作用:
1)对整流器的输出电压进行平滑滤波。
2)吸收来自于DC母线上的高幅值脉动电流,阻止其在DC母线的高幅值脉动电压,使DC母线上的电压波动保持在允许范围。
3)防止来自于DC母线的电压过冲和瞬时过电压对IGBT器件的影响。

相比较传统的电解电容,该产品有大容量优势,相较于薄膜电容又有电感量小、无极性、耐压高、反应速度快、寿命长且可以长时间存储电荷的特点,所以完全可以替代电解电容。

DC-Link电容器外形有似电解电容的圆柱形和较为规整的长方体,适合各种结构设计。如图4所示,方形的电容参数范围工作电压范围DC:450V到1300V,电容值范围2uF到150uF,而柱体电容器的工作电压为DC 400V到1600V,电容值范围35uF到4920uF。

安规电容是指电容器失效后,不会导致电击、不危及人身安全的EMI电容。它包括X电容和Y电容两种类型,X电容是跨接在电力线两线(L-N)之间的电容,根据应用中允许的峰值脉冲电压的不同,分为X1电容(2.5kV~4kV)和X2电容(小于2.5kV);Y电容是分别跨接在电力线两线和地之间(L-E,N-E)的电容,一般是成对出现。基于漏电流的限制,Y电容值不能太大,一般X电容是uF级,Y电容是nF级。X电容抑制差模干扰,Y电容抑制共模干扰。

现在做一个反激的电源模块,输出功率24W,要求输入端加安规电容与共模电感,但是目前不知道安规电容和共模电感应该怎么选择,想知道安规电容和共模电感的计算方法?
在反激电源设计中,安规电容和共模电感的选择是根据整机的EMI要求进行设计,通常情况下共模电感前级使用0.47uF x2电容,后级使用0.1uF x2电容,共模电感主要是线径的选取不要有过大的铜耗就可以了,感值一般是按经验值和测试结果选取。
