XB61040/XB61041是信路达推出的一款高频升压转换器,专用于中小型LCD偏置电源以及白色LED背光电源。该器件非常适合从两芯的镍氢/镍镉电池或单节锂离子电池产生高达28V的输出电压,也可以用于标准的3.3V/5V转12V电源设计。

XB61040/41的开关频率高达1MHz,该特性使得可以使用小型外部器件,可使用陶瓷电容和钽电容作为输出电容。再结合薄型SON封装,XB61040/41提供了一个非常小的整体解决方案尺寸,XB61040具有一个内部的400mA开关电流限制,XB61041则是250mA的开关电流限制,提供了非常低的输出电压纹波,同时对于低功耗应用,可使用小尺寸电感。低静态电流(典型值28μA)结合优化的控制方案,使得该器件可在整个负载电流范围内高效率运行。
