【产品】高采样速率、电压下降慢的反馈型采样保持放大器LF398
上海国芯LF398是一款单片反馈型采样/保持放大电路,也是目前较为流行的通用型采样/保持放大电路。与LF398结构相同的还有LF198、LF298等,都是由场效应管构成,具有采样速率高、保持电压下降慢和精度高等特点。
LF398由输入缓冲级、输出驱动级和控制电路三部分组成(见框图)。控制电路中A3主要起到比较器的作用:其中引脚7为参考电压,当输入控制逻辑电平高于参考端电压时,输出一个低电平信号驱动开关K闭合,此时输入信号经过A1后跟随输出到A2,再由A2输出端跟随输出。同时向保持电容(接引脚6端)充电;而当控制逻辑电平低于参考端电压时,输出一个高电平信号使开关断开。以达到非采样时间内保持器仍保持原来输入的目的。因此A1、A2是跟随器,其主要作用是对保持电容输入和输出端进行阻抗变换,以提高采样保持放大器性能。

0.5mV典型采样/保持失调电压(Ch=0.01 uF);

保持状态下输入特性不变;
高电源电压抑制比;
高带宽。

LM339集成块内部装有四个独立的电压比较器,该电压比较器的特点是:1)失调电压小,典型值为2mV;2)电源电压范围宽,单电源为2-36V,双电源电压为±1V-±18V;3)对比较信号源的内阻限制较宽:4)共模范围很大,为0~(Ucc-1.5V)Vo;5)差动输入电压范围较大,大到可以等于电源电压;6)输出端电位可灵活方便地选用。
