【选型】AUMOV压敏电阻配合GDT CG2/CG3气体放电管系列,双重保护助力OBC输入电压浪涌防护

OBC(车载充电机)充电时需要接入电网,由于电网可能存在的瞬态浪涌,需要在OBC输入端口加入瞬态电压防护措施。一般来说,推荐MOV+GDT双重防护措施去解决。本文介绍LITTELFUSE 提供的OBC输入端口浪涌防护解决方案。

应对电网瞬态浪涌,端口需要的防护功能保护:
(1)压敏电阻MOV+气体放电管GDT需要承受电网瞬态8/20us波形冲击;
(2)需要在高温条件下工作,满足125℃工作要求;
(3)工作电压需要满足AC输入电压要求;
(4)通过AE-Q200认证。
推荐Littelfuse AUMOV +GDT CG2/CG3系列设计,端口输入电压防护应用推荐如下:

AUMOV+CG2/CG3系列产品在OBC输入端口浪涌抑制具备以下几点优势:
(1)AUMOV系列压敏电阻工作电压14~625V,满足220VAC/380VAC输入要求。
(2)直径5/7/14/20mm满足不同电压钳位功率要求。最大脉冲冲击电流可以达到10kA(8/20us波形条件下);
(3)双层涂层提供了很高了电气隔离能力,达到2500V电气隔离。同时满足最大125℃的运行要求。
(4)通过AE-Q200认证;
(5)配合气体放电管CG2/CG3使用,最高最大20kA的放电电流。

【选型】10000A/1pulse压敏电阻助力开关电源端口实现雷击浪涌保护
Littelfuse的V20E460P(P20V460)压敏电阻,持续工作电压为AC460V/DC615V可用于AC230V系统之中。最大可承受浪涌电流为10000A/1pulse,2000A/100pulse, 钳位电压为1240V。
