美国PARKER CHOMERICS(派克固美丽)集团公司是一家世界知名的屏蔽材料生产厂家,该公司的产品几乎覆盖了所有的相关应用领域。导电泡棉是制作柔性屏蔽衬垫的主要原材料,也是该公司生产的重要产品类型之一,通常用于柔性和轻型材料应用环境,能够提供良好的电磁屏蔽和导电接地功能。

SOFT-SHIELD® 2000系列导电泡棉,是一款以镀银尼龙纱布为面料,包裹热塑性EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)泡沫芯制成的产品。从图中的实物可以看到,这种纱布面料的网眼相对较大,因此虽然镀银尼龙线的导电性能非常好,但是由于结构缝隙较多,所以屏蔽效能只能保持在70dB以上的水准(20MHz~10GHz频率范围),其实也超过了国内军用设备标准(60dB),还算不错。不过,这种纱布面料也有着独特的优点,面料的摩擦力相对较大,有一定的摩擦止动效果,安装后的稳定性相对更好。

SOFT-SHIELD® 2000系列导电泡棉的泡沫芯采用的是少见的EPDM材质,这种橡胶的优点是柔性高、弹性好,制成的2000系列泡棉的压缩应力小于1磅/英寸(0.175N/mm)。同时,该泡棉的压缩余量范围推荐值为15%~55%,范围非常大,可以充分适应设计和材料精度造成的结构公差,安装配合度相当高。而且,材料的疲劳强度也很高,能够保证10,000次疲劳循环后,性能不会下降。另外,虽然EPDM是热塑性材料,但是这款泡棉的推荐工作温度范围与大部分泡棉材料一致,为-46℃~70℃。并且在最高温70℃条件下,经历22小时50%压缩变形测试,实测的永久压缩变形量小于25%,因此这款材料性能的稳定性和可靠性是可以保证的。

Parker Chomerics SOFT-SHIELD® 4850型导电泡棉材料,采用镀银纤维嵌入开孔聚氨酯泡沫芯的工艺制成,优点是导电性能极佳且稳定性好。压缩变量25%的情况下,导通电阻小于30mΩ,屏蔽效能平均值达到95dB。并且,在压缩量只有5%的条件下,就能发挥出最佳的电气性能,特别适合在大结构公差和轻型材料的应用环境中使用。

4000系列导电泡棉材料,是Parker Chomerics公司推出的一种高性能柔性屏蔽材料。采用铝箔增强型导电织物包裹软聚氨酯泡沫芯制成,同时具有压缩应力低和屏蔽、接地效果好的优点。该材料能够提供90dB以上的屏蔽效能,表面电阻率也只有0.007~0.017Ω/□,非常适合用作各种I/O面板和连接器的屏蔽衬垫,柔性好、压缩余量大,与面板和连接器结构配合度高,电气性能也很理想,价格还经济实惠。
