微基站升级时钟解决方案 抖动小于100fs满足不同外设需求
微基站是一种低发射功率,小范围覆盖的基站设备,能够使运营商以更低的代价为用户提供更好的无线宽带语音及数据业务。随着LTE网络容量的不断提升,移动运营商正在为增长的数据流量发愁,微基站在这方面正扮演着越来越重要的角色,更多的微基站用来覆盖盲区以及分担流量压力。微基站具有灵活、快速部署的优点,可以解决热点吸收、盲点、弱覆盖场景的网络覆盖问题,实现网络无处不在。

微基站产品传输的主要是高速信号,数据传输速率能达到10G以上,因此对时钟信号的性能会有比较高的要求,SILICON LABS的Si534x系列能够完美的满足这类需求,其主要特点有:
1. 内部采用了Silicon labs专利的DSPLL技术,其原理是运用DPS 高速运算替代通常采用的分离器件搭建的锁相环滤波电路。由于不需要外接器件,单板的噪声对锁相环影响降低到最低。这项数字技术能够在温度,电压变化和外围不同的各种情况提供高度的稳定性和一致性。

2. 可以输出多路不同频率,不同格式的时钟信号,可以实现单芯片时钟树。
3. 输出频率任意可选:100hz-712.5Mhz。
4. 输出电平可以灵活1.8V,2.5V,3.3V配置,一颗芯片满足不同外设的时钟需求。
5. 外围电路简单,节省bom成本。
6. 交货周期短,可2-4周。
7. 非常突出的低抖动性能,小于100fs的相位抖动性能,特别适合给高速数据传输设备的时钟信号。

通过图3的对比可以明显发现,传统的时钟解决方案需要几颗时钟芯片+晶体等多种时钟产品来提供系统所需的各种时钟,而采用了Silicon Labs时钟解决方案,单芯片就可以给FPGA、CPU、PCIe、网口等设备提供整体的时钟。小于100fs的超低抖动性能可以使您在10G以上的应用中实现稳定的数据传输。
