本文中NIDEC将为大家解析变频器的工作原理和控制方法。变频器是将工频电源(50Hz或60Hz)转换为不同频率的交流电源,实现电动机变速操作的设备。其中,控制电路完成主电路控制,整流电路将AC转换为DC,DC中间电路平滑地过滤整流电路的输出,逆变电路将DC反向转换为AC。对于矢量控制变频器计算密集型变频器,有时需要计算扭矩的CPU及其电路。频率调节的目的是通过改变电动机定子绕组的供电频率来调节速度。

变频器的分类方法有很多种,可以根据主电路的工作方式分类,分为电压变送器电流变送器。根据开关方式的不同,可分为PAM控制变频器PWM控制变频器高负载频率PWM控制变频器。根据工作原理,可分为V/f控制变频器旋转变频调速变频器和矢量控制变频器等。根据用途分类,可分为通用变频器、高性能专用变频器高频变频器单相变频器三相变频器等。


VVVF:电压变化。频率变化CVCF:恒定电压,恒定频率。各国使用的交流电源在家庭使用和工厂都有电压和频率,例如400V/50Hz或200V/60Hz(50Hz)。通常,将电压和频率不变的AC转换为电压或频率变化的AC的设备称为“变频器”。为了产生可变电压和频率,该设备要先将电源的交流电源切换到直流(DC)。


电机控制的变频器可以同时改变电压和频率。


变频器的工作原理

转速N与频率F成正比,只需更改频率F即可更改电动机的转速,如果频率F在0~50Hz范围内更改,则电动机的转速调节范围非常广。变频器是通过改变电动机电源频率来调节速度的,是理想的高效、高性能调速手段。


变频器控制方法

低压通用频率输出电压为380~650V,输出功率为0.75~400kW,工作频率为0~400Hz,主电路均采用AC-直线-AC电路。其控制方式经历了下四代。其特征是控制系统框架简便,生产成本较低,机械设备基本特征硬性也比较好,能符合普通传输的平缓控速需求,已在产业化各方面实现广泛使用。不过,这样的控制技术在低频时输出电压低,为此受电机定子电阻器压损的直接影响,导出扭距缩减。


除此之外,机械设备基本特征从而都没有直流电机,动态化扭力专业能力和静态式的控速使用性能都事与愿违,体系使用性能不高,把控线条伴随载荷的改变而改变。扭力回应慢,电机扭矩应用率不高,低速度时,鉴于电机定子电阻器和变频器过载现象的出现,使用性能减低,稳定度减低等。所以人们又研究了矢量控制频率控制。
