【选型】Nippon Chemi-con在汽车行业中的电容选型推荐
Nippon Chemi-Con(日本贵弥功株式会社)是一家世界知名的电容产品供应商,该公司的主要产品就是国内市场中大名鼎鼎的黑金刚电容。该品牌电容一直以性能佳、质量好而闻名于国内外市场,提供的产品种类也几乎覆盖了所有的电容类型。在该公司的2018年度报告中,可以看到目前黑金刚电容最大的应用市场是汽车电子行业,占到了销售额的28%。汽车电子市场的快速成长让我们震惊,这说明该市场对于电容行业来说已经是必须要争夺的一个销售领域。

黑金刚电容被广泛的应用到各种车载电子设备中,包括新型电动汽车和混合动力车的最新应用。汽车电子产品中,可以说几乎都有黑金刚电容的应用,例如车载充电器、电子辅助转向系统、SRS气囊、空调、前大灯控制电路、ADAS驾驶辅助系统、自动驾驶系统、导航系统、行车记录仪等等,可应用的项目实在太多。而在所有这些应用中,2018年贵弥功销售最多的四个电容系列为:铝电解电容(SMD型)、铝电解电容(径向引线型)、导电性高分子混合型铝电解电容、EDLC超级电容。

铝电解电容是贵弥功公司最重要的产品类型,该公司生产铝电解电容历史悠久、种类繁多,单单系列号就有上百个。其中,贵弥功推荐的适用在汽车行业中的SMD铝电解电容有7个系列,如图2所示。从图中可以看到,这些电容可使用在最高125℃或150℃的环境中,因为汽车行业的温度范围标准一般为-40~125℃,所以贵弥功专门提高了电容的最高工作温度。而且,这些电容都是可以进行AEC-Q200汽车零件可靠性测试的产品,能够配合客户完成需要的汽车行业准入认证。另外,产品设计中也有专门的小型化电容和低ESR设计电容,能够满足不同的应用需求。

贵弥功推荐的车载适用径向引线型铝电解电容共有10个系列,如上图3中所示。适用最高温度也全部高于125℃,有125℃、135℃和150℃三档,并且也全部适用AEC-Q200测试。产品的特点设计也比较鲜明,例如GXF系列为小型化电容,GXL为长使用寿命型,GPA、GPD为高纹波电流型,GQB为耐高温型,GVA、GVD为耐振动型,LBV、LBG则是专为安全气囊应用而设计的产品。客户可以根据自身应用的不同需求特点,来选择多种不同的电容系列,应用覆盖面广范,而各系列的针对性又特别强,很适合在汽车行业的高标准应用中选择使用。

导电性高分子混合型铝电解电容的特点是具有超低的ESR特性,贵弥功的该类产品共有8个系列,如上图4所示。虽然这些产品都能适用AEC-Q200的测试,但是从汽车行业规范的角度,还是推荐5款适用温度在125℃以上的系列,为SMD型的HXA、HXC、HXE和引线型的HSC、HSE系列。其中HXE和HSE为特别的耐高温型,最高适用温度达到135℃。

EDLC超级电容是近年来才开始深入研究的一种超大容量电容产品,这种电容可以作为蓄电池的一种环保型替代方案。大致原理如上图所示,利用电气双层现象,从物理上储存了大量电荷。以超级电容作为电池替代品,可以承受大电流的充放电过程,并且充放电寿命周期远好于普通蓄电池产品。在车载应用中,主要是在新能源汽车中,作为能源有效利用的解决方案,例如制动能量回收系统,利用刹车时产生的能量对电容进行充电,转为释放利用的一种新型节能应用。
