众所周知,陶瓷基LED灯珠光电转换效率只有10-30%左右,剩下的都转化为热量。如果不能及时散热,长时间工作会导致灯珠温度过高,也会大大缩短LED的寿命,这也是制约LED发展的原因之一。在应用端,解决LED灯珠散热问题一直是从业者的课题。
