【选型】智能手机显示电路适用的肖特基二极管和高速开关二极管推荐
随着对智能手机的需求不断增强,智能手机的显示屏越来越大,色彩也越来越丰富。智能手机的显示屏能够给我们提供足够多的各种信息,如控制信息,电池电量、来电号码、短信内容、软件名称和图标、视频内容等等。为了能够满足人们对显示内容的多样需求,我们需要在智能手机设计阶段,不仅要提供完善的电路设计,还要在制造过程中选用性能优异的电子元器件。

肖特基二极管CMOSH-3/CTLSH01-30L/CFSH01-30是性能优异的高品质二极管,具有较高的耐反向电压值,以及较小的封装尺寸,支持智能手机的厚度越来越薄的同时,还可以提供稳定而可靠的工作性能。这三款肖特基二极管的电气参数如表1所示。
