扬杰科技针对负载开关,DCDC,电机驱动领域,推出全新的SGT P-100V产品:
1、和N Channel MOSFET产品相比,P Channel MOSFET产品需求远小。但在某些应用领域, P Channel MOSFET因其本身的电性特点,有其不可替代性;
2、目前可以提供-15 ~ -100V,-1.5~-55A的P Channel MOSFET解决方案,封装主要有:SOT系列,DFN系列,SOP系列,TO系列;
3、推出了国内首款采用SGT工艺的P-100V产品,目前推出的产品封装外形主要有DFN5060,TO-252,TO-263,TO-220。
特点和优势
1、国内第一颗采用SGT技术的P-100V的MOSFET产品;
2、P Channel产品在负载开关应用中,电路更简洁,高效;
3、采用SGT工艺的P Channel产品在开关应用中,据有更好的电容特性,表现出更优异的开关特性;
