CMDSH2-4L是CENTRAL半导体公司推出的一款高电流、低VF肖特基二极管。其采用了SOD-323表贴封装,占用电路板空间小,该器件可为小尺寸和高效率的小信号通用型应用而设计。
CENTRAL推出的CMDSH2-4L高电流肖特基二极管的峰值重复反向电压VRRM为40V,连续正向电流IF为200mA。CMDSH2-4L肖特基二极管具有低反向电流,其典型值为IR=11μA@20V,反向泄漏电流造成的危害很小。CMDSH2-4L肖特基二极管还具有很低的正向压降,当正向电流IF为10mA时,正向压降VF的典型值仅为0.24V,其输出特性曲线如图2所示。
CENTRAL推出的CMDSH2-4L肖特基二极管的热阻为500℃/W,工作和存储结温均为-65℃~+150℃,满足工业环境温度要求。在1.0ms的持续时间内,CMDSH2-4L肖特基二极管的峰值正向浪涌电流为1.0A,抗电流冲击能力较强。另外,CMDSH2-4L肖特基二极管的功耗只有250mW,符合低功耗产品的设计要求。
