CH440、CH445是QPDT低阻宽带双向模拟开关芯片,包含4路单刀双掷二选一开关。可用于视频或者USB信号二选一切换。
CH442是2DPDT低阻宽带双向模拟开关芯片,包含2路单刀双掷二选一开关。可用于视频或者USB信号二选一切换。
CH443是SPDT低阻宽带双向模拟开关芯片,包含1路单刀双掷二选一开关。可用于视频等信号二选一切换,或用于与/或/非等简单逻辑门电路。
CH444是DPQT低阻宽带双向模拟开关芯片,包含2路单刀四掷四选一开关。可以用于视频或者USB信号四选一切换。
CH448是DPOT低阻宽带双向模拟开关芯片,包含2路单刀八掷八选一开关。可以用于视频或者USB信号八选一切换。另外,通过对两通道全局使能引脚进行组合控制还可以实现即十六选一开关。

注:
1、原型号CH440E已用新型号CH442E代替,引脚和功能完全相同。
2、体积小通常寄生L/C小,对高频信号应用,建议优先选用QFN或SOT等小封装形式。
3、QFN封装的底板标示为0#引脚,对于CH448F是必要连接。
4、CH443K为盘装,每盘整包装数量为3000只,可以零售,但是零售时不会逐个清点数量。
5、CH443K封装体积较小,正面印字仅有代号43而不含全部型号。
